Pesto With Kale and Walnuts
Kale, super healthy. Walnuts, healthier than pine nuts and cheaper. Garlic… the more the merrier! Pesto is one of my favorite things to make and have on hand. I put spoonfuls of it on (almost) everything. It makes otherwise-boring meals seem instantly fancy.

Since traditional pizza is mis-combined, thank goodness for whoever came up with the idea of making a cauliflower-based pizza crust. Now we can have our crust AND cheese, and eat it, too!
