Get Your Brain On Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2t Spirulina
  • 4 Capsules of E3 Live Brain On (or 2t powdered blue green algae of your choice such as AFA)
  • 2t Maca powder
  • 1t cinnamon
  • 4T almond butter
  • 4T melted coconut oil
  • 3 drops coconut extract (optional)
  • 1/2 a frozen banana (optional)
  • Bunch of mint
  • 2T lucuma powder
  • 2t mucuna powder (optional)
  • 3 squirts stevia
  • 2C almond milk

Method

  1. Empty E3 Live Brain On capsules into blender.
  2. Do not put the outer plastic capsules in the blender though! Just the powder goes in.
  3. Place all other ingredients in blender and blend.
  4. Adjust to taste.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into your Vitamix in the order listed above and secure your lid.
  2. Turn your machine on and start on variable speed 1, quickly turn up to variable speed 10 and then override to HIGH speed.
  3. Use your tamper well to push the ingredients down to the blade.
  4. Blend until really smooth. CHEERS!
