Blending The Avocado Seed…Seriously?

Avocado-Pit-Orientation-537x357 (1) 3 Methods of Garnering The Artery Scrubbing Power From The Big Seed

Avocado, or in Latin called persea americana, originally came from Mexico. This fruit contains single seed of the tree. Avocado mostly cultivated in tropical and mediterranean climates. The avocado tree can grows to 20 meters. The leaves arranged about 12 to 25 centimeters. The flower had greenish yellow color. This fruit is kind of subtropical food that need warm climate without frost and with little wind. High wind can reduce the humidity and dehydrate the flowers.

Avocado contains almost 20 beneficial nutrients such as fiber, potassium, vitamin E, B vitamins and folid acid. This fruit is also enabling body to absorb more fat-soluble nutrient such as alpha and beta carotene and lutein.

The seed of avocado is beneficial in diabetes treatment with its function to reduce blood sugar level, improving blood circulation, and help to fix the function of pancreas.

There Are 3 Kinds of Methods to Make Use of Your Big (I usually throw you away) Avocado Seed:

First Method:

  • Grill the seed in slices, just enough to make it dry up a bit. Or..
  • Cut the seeds into small pieces.
  • Boil the small pieces of your big, now little seeds with approximately 3 or 4 glass of  water
  • Wait until the water has brown colored look to it
  • Filter the water and drink  it when it cools to room temperature.

Second Method:

  • Slice the avocado seeds (Save a few first)
  • Dry them out in the sun if you gets lots of sunshine where you live. OR…
  • Fry the slices on low heat, without using oil, just enough to dry them up.
  • Put the slices into your Vitamix, and blend it until they are all crushed like powder
  • Put the powder into capsule shell (you can purchase at a health food store, compound pharmacy or perhaps a drugstore)
  • Take your new high fiber, nutrient dense pill once or twice a day.

In my opinion, the second method is more practical, and you can bring the capsule anywhere when you are in traveling. Although blending it live so to say really adds to the bio availability of the Big Seed.

The Third is Below With a Video of Me Throwing the Seed in.

Science Based Facts on the BIG SEED READ HERE

NOTE: DO NOT TRY THIS in just any blender! You’ll need at least 2 horse power or more to blend the seed to liquid.

Jeff Primack of Qi Revolution Says, “The FLESH of the Avocado has 3 grams of Soluble Fiber, which is allot, but the BIG seed has the greatest artery scrubbing, cholesterol lowering power and contains the most soluble fiber of ANY FOOD on earth.” He also states…

What does soluble fiber do? its the one all the old oatmeal companies talk about because it lowers your bad cholesterol.

Soluble fiber removes plaque from arteries and this BIG SEED, along with other KEY FOODS and help lots of my patients and clients reverse the so called irreversible, hardening of the arteries get a heart attack types of dis-ease. Remember this is not a drive up window recipe cure but a lifestyle change that incorporates HEALING RX VItamix Smoothie recipes into your diet.

BTW, The total antioxidant capacity and phenolic content of edible portions and seeds of avocado, jackfruit, longan, mango and tamarind were studied. The seeds showed a much higher antioxidant activity than the edible portions. The contribution of all the fruit seed fractions to the total antioxidant activity was always more than 70%. “Avocado seed contains relatively low amounts of calcium and magnesium, somewhat higher amounts of phosphorus, and high amounts of potassium.

The seed of the avocado contains tannins, and these make it bitter or “puckery” to the taste. And some of the tannins can be mildly toxic, though an individual would have to eat a lot to see any effects, unless that individual had a food allergy.

Dr. Tom Wu says: “When I eat the avocado I always eat the seed. It is packed with very good nutrients. It has the life force. It is a very high Qi food! It’s also the highest in soluble fiber. This soluble fiber binds to the fat and excess cholesterol. Then we can lower cholesterol and improve heart function naturally.

We can improve the blood circulation by pulling out all the fatty deposits in our circulatory system with the soluble fiber of the avocado seed. Soluble fiber is very difficult to get in our diet. Oatmeal has some, but it cannot compare with the avocado seed. Any heart disease patient must eat the avocado including the seed.

Based on these and other facts, I concluded that adding avocado seed in small proportion can be beneficial for nutritional needs. Also I have noticed that it helps to make a consistency of some smoothies less frothy, as in case with green smoothie that contains apples, cucumbers, or pineapples. I like to add ½ half avocado seed per 32 oz of most of my green smoothies; then it doesn’t’ affect the taste of smoothie but makes it a little thicker and provides additional nutritional benefits.”
