Put Ingredients into the Vita-Mix in the following order:

  • 2 Cups of Organic Grapes or 6 oz of Water (I use water at the road shows)
  • 1 Organic Banana, (Peeled Please)
  • 1 Big Handful of Organic Spinach and Organic Kale Washed Well, (No Kale Spines for kids to start)
  • 1 Inch Slice of Whole Organic Pineapple (skin removed)
  • 1/2 – 1 Organic Apple Washed Well (stem, core, seeds and all)
  • 4 – 8 Pitted Organic Dates or a half scoop or more depending on your sweet tooth of the Ultimate Sweetener
  • 1/3 cup Organic Unsweetened Coconut Shreds
  • 1 Thin Slice of Lime (washed well)
  • 1-1.5 cup of fat free Ice to chill your smoothie

[fusion_old_tab id=2]

60- 90 seconds depending on how much you put in the container…. start on low, walk it up to 10 for 10 seconds, tamp everything into the blade to get it going and then blend on on High, Blend Until Creamy Smooth and Sloshy at the top, it will take some time if its to warm just add ice, if you want it sweeter add some dates see why here or the Ultimate Sweetener is one of my favorites!

ADD a Nutri-Boost
1 serving unflavored Sun Warrior Blend Protein Powder
1 1/4 cup Goji Berries

As you get used to the taste of the greens, you can increase the proportion of greens to fruit, try out some of the “stronger tasting greens” Cilantro, Mustard Greens, Parsley, Ginger ect… (remember, Spinach is one of the “magic veggies”),
