This One Will Make You Glow!

What you’ll need:
- 1 cup mixed organic berries (frozen)
- 1 cup hemp seed milk (unsweetened) make your own here
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 avocado (peeled)
- 1 stalk celery roughly chopped (leaves included)
- 1/3 steel cut oats
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
What to do:
- Place all ingredients in Vitamix (or blender)
- Blitz & Blend until smooth (as always add some water if desired consistency is not reached)
