Before we meet

You don’t know me yet. That’s fair.

Maybe this page caught your attention because of the title in the menu bar. Maybe somebody recommended it and sent you the link. Either way, you can take a useful look before you decide anything.

Here’s why I built it. I got tired of having the same conversations. I can get to the real thing in about an hour of asking questions. But most people won’t book an hour with a stranger to find out whether their problem is even their problem, and honestly, I wouldn’t either.

So I put the questions in rooms you can walk into by yourself. No appointment, no small talk, nobody watching you answer.

Zero cost to you. No email address required. No forms to fill out.

Seven rooms · seven doors

One of them is yours.
They are all your rooms.

I’m not going to tell you what’s behind them. That’s the part you have to explore for yourself.

Answer honestly. There’s nobody in the room to impress. I’ve heard just about everything by now.

Ten minutes.
Your honest answers.

Ten minutes. Your real answers. Whatever you find in there is yours to keep.

SEVEN ROOMS

SEVEN
ROOMS

You have seven. Everybody does.
Yours won’t look like anybody else’s.

SEVEN ROOMS — DONENOW WHAT IS ACTUALLY YOURS

Your Power
+ Your Choices™

You’ve walked through all seven. Before we put the picture together, there’s one more thing I care about: what in all of this is actually yours to move?

Some things are yours to change. Some you can influence. And some, at least for now, are going to sit there whether you like them or not. Knowing which is which can save an astonishing amount of energy.

YOUR PERSONALIZED RESULTS

THE WHOLE PICTURE™

Okay. Now we can actually look at something useful.

You didn’t just answer questions about food, sleep, movement, stress and the rest of your life as though they happen in separate zip codes. You put them in the same room.

The thing you’ve been blaming yourself for may turn out to make a lot more sense once the rest of Tuesday is allowed into the conversation.

WHAT YOU COULD DO WITH THIS

Not a complete overhaul. Just the next useful move, if there is one.

YOUR POWER + YOUR CHOICES

NOW I’M CURIOUS.

What did you notice?

WHAT SURPRISED YOU?

The answer you didn’t expect is often the one worth paying attention to.

WHAT CONFIRMED SOMETHING YOU ALREADY SUSPECTED?

Sometimes seeing it clearly is different from vaguely knowing it’s there.

WHAT DID YOU SEE THAT YOU’RE NOT QUITE SURE WHAT TO DO WITH YET?

That’s usually where a good conversation becomes useful.

WANT TO TALK ABOUT WHAT YOU FOUND?

Hey, just a thought.

If you want to talk about what you found after going through your Seven Rooms, I’d be happy to give you 60 minutes of my time.

Before we meet, send me your results. I’ll take a look at what came up — what you’re already doing well, where the tool suggested you start, what may deserve a closer look, and anything that could make a bigger difference than you realized.

Then we’ll find a time that works.

I’ll come to the conversation having already looked through your answers, and we can connect some of the dots together: what matters, why it matters, what may be influencing what, where to start, and what you can actually do about it.

If coaching makes sense for you after that, fantastic. I’ll tell you.

And if it doesn’t, that’s okay too. I just want you to leave our conversation with a clearer understanding of what deserves your attention, why it matters, and a practical idea of how to begin making the changes that make sense for you.

LET’S FIND A TIME →

Looking forward to hearing what you discovered.
