How It Works

First We Figure Out Where You Are.
Then We Build From There.

You don’t need more information. You just need it organized around you. We start with your intake, questionnaire and triage, then look at your goals, schedule, health history, preferences, obstacles, movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, habits and what you’ve already tried before we decide what deserves attention first.

01 · TELL ME WHAT’S GOING ON

We start with you.

Your goals, health history, schedule, preferences, capabilities, obstacles, habits and what life actually looks like right now.

02 · BUILD THE BLUEPRINT

We decide what matters first.

Together we decide what to practice, what to focus on, what to identify and which metrics make sense for you.

03 · COACH THE PLAN

Simple things. One thing at a time.

Lessons, practices, movement, check-ins, direct messages and personal coaching — usually 10 to 15 minutes a day, maximum 20.

04 · ADJUST AS LIFE CHANGES

We keep the plan real.

You’ll track progress that goes way beyond the scale, and we’ll make adjustments when work, travel, stress, family or life changes.

That’s goal setting done right. You know what you’re working on, why you’re working on it, what progress looks like and what we do next.

What’s In It For You?

A lot!

One Program. A Lot More Than Food And Workouts.

This is an all-in-one health, fitness, habit change and longevity coaching program. You will unlock your true potential in this program by working on the parts of life that actually move the needle—not by collecting another pile of information. You’ll also have access to the Practice Library and resources we can pull from as your needs change.

Healthy LifestylePractical routines you can actually live with.
NutritionReal-food practices, planning and better decisions.
MovementStrength, mobility, capacity and performance.
SleepBetter sleep so the rest of the plan has a chance.
StressSkills for handling pressure without letting it run the show.
RecoveryBuild back the energy you keep spending.
MindsetNotice the patterns that help—or quietly trip you up.
OutlookA more useful way to interpret setbacks and progress.
Planning AheadHandle work, travel, weekends and restaurants before they handle you.
Change + AdaptationAdjust the plan when life changes instead of starting over.

Is Personal Coaching With Ingo Right For You?

I designed this coaching for real people because I know what most of us actually want. You want to get healthier. You’d probably like to be a little fitter, stronger and more mobile. Sleep better. Eat better. Have more energy. Handle stress a little better. Build some habits you don’t have to keep starting over.

And yes, most of us would like to stick around a little longer while we’re at it.

That’s where Eat Better · Move Better · Feel Better · Live Better comes from. EMFL isn’t four separate programs. It’s one way of looking at your whole life—and figuring out where a little change could make the biggest difference.

You want to get healthier, fitter and stronger — and actually stay that way.

Maybe you’ve lost the weight before. Gotten back into the gym before. Cleaned up your eating before. And then life did what life does.

I’m not going to hand you somebody else’s perfect meal plan and tell you to try harder. We’ll build this around your life, your goals, your schedule, your preferences and what’s actually getting in the way. The goal isn’t to become really good at being “on a program.” It’s to get really good at taking care of yourself when you’re not on one.

You’re tired of starting over.

Good. Me too.

I’ve been in health, fitness and coaching long enough to watch more miracle diets, revolutionary workouts and “one weird tricks” come and go than I care to admit.

We’re going to do something considerably less exciting: figure out what works for you and practice it long enough that it becomes part of your life.

That’s how Eat Better · Move Better · Feel Better · Live Better works. Small enough to actually do. Personal enough to matter. Flexible enough to survive vacations, restaurants, busy weeks and the occasional Tuesday when everything goes sideways.

You want somebody paying attention.

Information isn’t usually the problem. Most of us already know vegetables are probably a better idea than doughnuts.

The harder part is knowing what matters for you right now, following through, noticing what’s happening and adjusting when life changes.

That’s my job. I’ll know what you’re working on. I’ll see your progress. I’ll ask questions. I’ll encourage you when you’re moving forward and, occasionally, ask the question you were hoping I wouldn’t ask.

You’re not doing this by yourself.

A Few Things You May Be Wondering

If you’ve made it this far, there’s a pretty good chance you’ve got a question or two. Good. You should. Here are some of the things people usually want to know before we work together.

Do I actually work with Coach G?

Yes. You’re hiring me, not a call center. I’ll learn what’s going on in your life, help build your plan, review your progress, run our sessions and stay in touch between them. Nobody hands you off to a random coach after you sign up.

How will we stay connected?

Through the coaching platform: your program, progress, check-ins and messages all live there. We’ll meet by video too, and yes, you can email me. No six departments. No ticket number.

What happens before our first coaching session?

I’ll send you an intake questionnaire. Give it about 20 honest minutes: your goals, health history, schedule, what you’ve already tried and what real life looks like. That way our first conversation isn’t two strangers making small talk.

Do I need a gym or special equipment?

No. Got equipment? Great. Don’t? Also great. We’ll build around what you have, what you enjoy and what your body can do right now. I care a lot more about what you’ll actually use than what’s collecting dust in the garage.

How much time does this take?

Usually 10 to 15 minutes a day, and rarely more than 20. Some days it’s a quick practice, a lesson or a check-in. This should fit into your life, not take it over.

Can I do this when I travel?

Yes, and I hope you do. Hotels, airports, restaurants and family visits are real life. We’re not building habits that only work when your fridge is perfectly stocked and nobody interrupts you.

How often do we meet?

You pick: monthly, every two weeks or weekly. The platform keeps you and me connected in between, so the coaching doesn’t stop when the video call does.

How does the 14-day trial work?

You get 14 days to try the coaching and the platform before your paid term starts. Use them. Connect with me, look around, start doing the work, and find out what working together actually feels like before you commit to three, six or twelve months.

How do I pay for coaching?

You pay in advance for three, six or twelve months. It’s not a month-to-month subscription, so there’s nothing to remember to cancel. I’ll walk you through the exact terms before we start. No surprises hiding in tiny print.

What’s your refund policy?

I don’t offer refunds after your paid coaching term begins. That’s precisely why I give you the 14-day trial first. I want you to experience the program, connect with me and decide whether this is a relationship you want to continue before you make the commitment.

A Note From Me To You

Thanks for making it this far…

If you really want to get into the best shape of your life for the rest of your life, let me guide you. You’ll get the supportive coaching and accountability you need—and you’ll have somebody paying attention along the way.

Maybe it’s been a while since you’ve felt that peace of mind that comes with feeling good in your own body. Maybe you’d like more energy throughout your day, more confidence in what you’re doing, or simply to know you’re taking better care of yourself than you were a year ago.

Whatever brought you here, I don’t expect you to change everything overnight. That’s not how I coach. We’ll figure out where you are, what matters to you, and what makes sense to work on next.

I’m ready when you are.

But the next step is on you.

Ingo
