Coach Ingo Logé

SINCE 1979

Meet Ingo.

I've been helping people feel better, sleep better and stop starting over for more than 40 years — which means I remember wellness before it was content.

HOW I ACTUALLY WORK

No extremes. No miracle promises. Just systems that work in real life.

My approach blends longevity science, fitness, sleep, stress and genetics into something refreshingly practical.

I've spoken on stages across the country, and I'm known for making complicated topics feel oddly simple — and occasionally funny. People don't leave fired up. They leave steadier.

I also work as a certified educator and consultant with MaxGen Labs, a nutrigenomics lab used by more than 800 practitioners worldwide, helping decode how genetics, neurotransmitters and toxic stress shape health.

When companies want healthier teams without the cringe, they call me. Because nothing changes culture faster than clarity.

Outside the wellness side of things, I sing and play guitar. Most people call me Coach G.

WHERE A LOT OF THIS WAS LEARNED

My Fitness Forever & Wellness CSI Private Training Studios.

Palm Desert, California. 2004 to 2011. Thousands of hours across a floor with real people in front of me — which is a very different education from reading about it.

ON TELEVISION

Morning Wellness Segments on CBS Channel 3.

Nutrition, movement and the occasional pile of sugar on a table — because some things land better when you can see them.

ON STAGE

A natural comedian disguised as a forty-year veteran in fitness and nutrition.

I don't just deliver information. I deliver a show — props, visuals, interactive moments, and plenty of laugh-out-loud self-discoveries built for whoever is actually in the room.

Digestive health, stress, aging, hormones. The serious stuff, made approachable and occasionally ridiculous.

WHAT AUDIENCES WALK OUT WITH

Better personal performance.

Stronger relationships.

A real way to handle stress.

A different way to think about exercise, nutrition and wellness.

I pull from exercise physiology, nutrition, longevity, holistic health, neuropsychology, NLP, group dynamics and ergonomics — and use all of it to get at the mind-body connection.

Bust stress. Get your energy back. Communicate better with yourself and everybody else.

GOOD COMPANY

People I've Been Lucky Enough to Share a Stage With.

Two of them changed how I work. Todd Duncan got me started as a speaker with a formula that was almost insultingly simple: ten minutes a day, twice a day. And at Mastery 2008, Andy Andrews watched me do my thing and handed me a CEO pack worth a thousand dollars.

WHAT PEOPLE SAID AFTERWARD

You know it's good when the clock feels like your enemy.

A day of coaching at the JW Marriott Desert Springs

A full day coaching a group whose husbands run companies like Procter & Gamble, Kellogg's, Bayer, US Nutrition and Unilever. JW Marriott Desert Springs.

We've all been through those awkward corporate events. The ones where you half-participate just to get it over with. Not with Ingo. From the second he hit the stage he had the room buzzing. The breaks turned into the thing to look forward to.

Bill Hart — Coaching Champions, Sales Mastery 2007

Your sessions were a game-changer. I caught people practicing nostril breathing everywhere, and they wouldn't stop talking about what they learned. Your energy is contagious.

K. Swanson — Wells Fargo Home Mortgage

You absolutely nailed it at our event. I've already recommended you to other conventions. Your class was fabulous — thank you for all the time and passion you put into making it a hit.

Teri Lockard, CMP — Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa

You've opened my eyes to so much, and I know we only scratched the surface. Some people just stick with you, and you've had a huge impact on the person I'm becoming.

S. Pufpaf — Director, Western Region, Marriott Hotels

What you shared at GMDC was absolutely next-level. Nobody teaches these things in everyday life. Mind blown.

M. Jones — Kellogg's

Packed with rock-solid information on both life and nutrition. I wanted way more of it. He knows how to drop knowledge and keep it real.

N. Heist — Bayer Health Care

Ingo brought the energy. Great presenter, and now I'm wishing it was a bit longer.

A. Murry — Procter & Gamble

I was blown away by your knowledge. Now I can't stop visualizing how much sugar is in everything I buy. You've definitely changed the way I shop.
